Highlights

The key to growth is developing strong leaders, learn how you can develop these skills along with your key team member.

Participants will learn effective ways to:

• Create a strong team culture safe for candid conversations
• Tap into employees' intrinsic motivation
• Enhance employee capability through delegation and development techniques
• Give positive and constructive feedback to employees with positive results In continuing with a Leaders of Design tradition, during our time together we will tour a project designed by Leaders of Design member, Duan Tran, partner, and principal architect at KAA Design.

Logistics

• February 6th: Check-in at the Oceana Santa Monica is 4pm, we will gather for dinner at 6pm.
• February 7th: Workshop at the Annenberg Community Beach House followed by dinner at Sandpiper, Oceana Santa Monica's ocean view dining room.
• February 8th: House tour including homes designed by fellow Leaders of Design members, we will conclude at 1pm.
• Included with your registration: Two breakfasts, one lunch, two dinners and single occupancy suites as well as program content and house tour. Principals and Key Staff encouraged to attend.
